This two bedroom, one bath get-away comes complete with all the
comforts of home and is located at the waters edge with a
spectacular view of the bay and an easy access gentle slope to the water.
Sleeps six comfortably and eight with use of pull out couch.
Rich knotty pine
surrounds the open kitchen and living area and there's an enclosed porch across the front
of the cottage that looks out to the water. Down by the water
there's a dock and a fire pit available for your use.
Take the time to enjoy the peace and serenity that a
vacation by the bay can provide.
Sodus bay is located midway between Rochester and Syracuse and is
considered to be the "Pearl" of Lake
Ontario.

Address: 9378 Sunset Lane, Wolcott NY, 14590
Take NYS Route 104 to Lake Bluff Road (Rt. 414). Go North on Lake
Bluff Road past the intersection of Lake Bluff and Old Ridge Road.
Continue on Lake Bluff to the next intersection (after the woods)
and Make a left onto Lummisville-Sunset View Drive. Go down
Lummisville-Sunset View drive to the third dirt road on the left
where there will be a row of mailboxes and a residence sign for
Sunset Lane. Turn left onto Sunset Lane and the Cottage is on the
right at 9378 Sunset Lane.
From the NY State Thruway take Exit 41 and head North on 414
until you get to 104 then follow directions above. Of course there's
always Google Maps! See below...
